You’ll need: a printer, paper, pencil, crayons or markers or paints
A new, fun way to colour! First finish the other half of the drawing with a pencil to create the outline and then colour the whole picture. Use any colours you like, either realistic, or change the given suggestions to whatever you like. A purple ladybird? A black and white rainbow? Use your favourite colours to brighten up your day!
Print the files attached. Choose the black and white or coloured version of the activity or how about both! Use a pencil do draw the other half of the picture. You can either draw the same thing as I did – like a reflection in the mirror – or something different. For example in the sea picture you could draw fish like I did or add an octopus, a crab or a lobster or even a shark or a dolphin! Fill the picture of the sky with more balloons or add a helicopter or a high tower instead.
Colour the pictures using your favourite technique – using crayons or markers or paints. Be careful not to go over the lines! When ready, why not stick the pictures somewhere in the kids room or anywhere you like in the house and make them feel proud.
If you like doing puzzles you could also cut a coloured picture into squares to have a new puzzle to do.
